- The Senior Data Engineer coordinates with other internal teams to provide best design and support from build to run.
- He/She can work in different projects from data analysis, big data and data science with a wide range of responsibilities depending on their level.
- The data engineer will help to design, build and enhance data platform and applications to support our business needs.
- The person will also be involved with building and supporting critical real-time software and services that support trading platforms.
- The technical environment is the following: AWS, Glue, Spark, ETL, Java, Python, Linux RedHat.
- Expertise on Database handling and implementation
- Expertise on cloud based technologies
- Enterprise edition ETL tools experience
- Expertise of AWS GLUE and other ETL AWS based technologies;
- Expertise with AWS Lambdas;
- Java, Python languages hands on
- Knowledge and ability to plan and execute, big data management and analytics.
- Ability to identify, collect and analyze data to facilitate the development, implementation and application of software systems
- Provide accurate tasks estimates and develop the associated tools
- Produce clear and accurate documentation and train teams to use delivered software
- Contribute on design and architect next generation applications
